The Portek circuit board service exchange program provides replacement circuit boards, specifically for Mk3 units. This service is offered when a repairable faulty unit is returned to Portek.
To receive a service exchange circuit board, you must return a faulty Mk3 unit that is deemed repairable. The service exchange is only supplied against the return of such a unit.
If your faulty unit is found to be unrepairable, the replacement circuit board will be charged at the full price of a new circuit board, rather than the service exchange rate.
